Canadian Code of Practice for Consumer Debit Card Services
Conexus is committed to protecting our members, and one of the ways is by following the code of conduct set out by the credit and debit card industry in Canada. The Code was designed to protect credit union members’ interests related to the issuance and acceptance of payment cards, and to the operation of payment card networks.
The credit union and its employees have always been committed to delivering a high quality of service to members and customers. The Market Code that follows builds on this commitment. This Market Code identifies the market practice standards and how the credit union subscribes to the standards.
