Online response times 

The Conexus team maintains and monitors our social media channels within regular business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any comments or questions that occur outside of regular business hours (including statutory holidays) will be responded to the following business day.

Posting guidelines

Any comments made on our social media should not be considered official forms of communication through Conexus. Any profane, inappropriate or offensive comments will be removed immediately. We want you to stay secure, so please don’t post personal information about yourself or others on social media.

Our social media pages are intended for sharing information and engaging in conversations regarding Conexus business or initiatives we directly support. We thank everyone for their interest in Conexus, however, posts regarding non-Conexus events on our pages may be removed.
