Written step-by-step guide:

Online and Mobile

Step 1: For online banking: go to the new digital banking platform: and click login. For mobile banking: download the new mobile app under the Apple Store or Google Play store. Search for Conexus Mobile app. Once downloaded, click login.

Step 2: Under username enter your debit card number (17 digits). Click continue.

Step 3: Enter your current online banking password.

Step 4: Review and accept the Electronic Services Agreement.

Step 5: Create a unique username. Your username must be between 5 and 34 characters. It can ONLY contain alphanumerical characters (e.g., abc 123) and the following special characters: underscore (_), dash (-), and no more than one period (.) in a row. Other symbols such as @!&, etc. are not allowed (i.e., you can not use your email as a username).

It’s important to create a username you remember as it cannot be changed later. However, once you’ve logged into the new platform, you’ll have the option to create a secondary username which can be changed.

Once you’ve selected a valid username you will see a green checkmark confirming that your username is available and has been accepted. Click continue.

Step 6: You should now be at the two-factor authentication screen. First select either text or email as your default one-time password channel. If there is an email, or mobile phone number on your account it will automatically populate. Review, update (if necessary) and validate the information. Note, you will be required to provide an email address before moving forward. A mobile phone number is optional.

When you select validate, a one-time password will be sent to the channel you selected. If sending to your email, please watch your junk or spam folder. Due to the number of members migrating, it could take a few minutes until you receive the one-time password. If you accidentally hit validate twice, your first request will be cancelled and the system will regenerate a new one-time password.

Once you receive, enter in the one-time password and hit validate. It’s encouraged you validate at least the default channel.

Finally, you will need to acknowledge the privacy agreement, and hit continue.

Step 7: You’ll now see a confirmation page. Confirm all information is correct and hit continue.

Step 8: You have successfully registered for the new digital banking platform.
