We have determined the issue with some transactions declining on March 28 using debit Mastercard or MemberCard is connected to a system maintenance update. We have been able to temporarily correct this, with a permanent fix occurring soon. For members who had their purchase declined but see a processed transaction in your account, your funds have been or will be automatically reversed. For those with duplicate Interac e-Transfer transactions, those will be credited back to your account.
